They were 2 punnets for $3 at my local asian grocery store and they were great strawberries too! At this price I can afford to cook experimentally with them. I was in Berlin when they came into the markets there, in time for Whitsunday. It's called "Pfingst" in German, lovely word, so peonies are "Pfingstrosen", everyone buys them - we got 20 for 10 euros, in those tight buds that open so magically.
